Meet The Owner:
Chef Judy Has a versatile background, while growing up in Chicago, she helped to support her family by cooking for friends and younger siblings, where she found her delight for food. Her Childhood love has become her career path and purpose. She is also the Proud Owner of Chef Judy's Jaguar Grill, Located on the Campus of Johnston Community College in Smithfield NC.
After joining the Military at the age of 17, as a Food Service Specialist, she quickly made it through the ranks, and knew that she had a passion for food and a love for people. She has trained and apprenticed under French Chefs, as well as Master Chefs on the U.S. Army Culinary Olympics Team.
Chef Judy has cooked for Hotels, Restaurants, Golf Clubs, Retirement homes, as well as Campus Services at a University, Just to name a few. Judy has traveled state to state, as well as the U.K., cooking and serving. Her experience and accomplishments include but not limited to fine or casual dining. Chef Judy has quality standards for her product, service, and consistency. Delivering this promise requires skill, creativity, business acumen and personal touch. Chef Judy Loves eating just as much as cooking.
